Formatting issues: #161112-164700-069000

I've submitted other things in a list/paragraph way without problems.  This submission seems to be an issue and I'm not sure why.  I probably need someone to explain in a bit more detail as to why this submission is different.  This is for submission #161112-164700-069000.  Perhaps I can dialog with a support person via e-mail or chat.

Hi Kevin,

It looks like this was rejected as the vast bulk of the text is in block capitals. In free-text lists we require text to be submitted in standard lower case. This ensures that the data is easy to read on the site.

I hope this helps with your future submissions.
