Your email said you can't upload my reel, that it should be formatted at 480x360. However, you state on the website "What video formats do you accept?
We recommend the following settings to optimize video quality on the IMDb site:
File Format: MP4, WMV, AVI or Quicktime
Codec: H.264 / AAC, or WMV3 / AAC
Resolution: 640x480 for SD, 1280x720 for HD"
So which is it???

Hi Erin,

Our formatting varies between Demo Reels and all other video uploads. We are able to display the Demo Reels in HD, but regretfully we are not currently able to display our other video uploads in HD.

For our Demo Reels the resolution should be 1280 x 720 at 30 fps.
File Formats: WMV, AVI or Quicktime, utilizing most common codecs

For all other videos:
We can handle up to 1280 x 720 at 30 fps, but the video will be displayed in letterbox. We are currently only able to support 480 x 360. Our recommended formats are: Flash Video (Codec: Sorenson or VP6 codec) or Quicktime. FLV videos using the H.263 video codec and the MP3 audio codec
MP4 videos using the H.264 video codec and the AAC audio codec
