Fraud

There was no fraud.. As with any "free trial" you have to cancel BEFORE the 14 day trial period ends.

Instead of publicly & falsely claiming fraud, perhaps you should be humbly asking if there's a way to cancel and receive a refund. If it was for a year, you might be able to get the remainder refunded. If it was only for one month and most of that has lapsed, there might not be anything to refund. 

You need to contact staff directly via the Help Desk. Staff will not, ever, discuss your account details in public.

It's not fraud. So, you might be careful with what you say in public and/or to your bank. The main page here says:
