I am extremely disappointed with the service. I had raised a concern for not being able to upload any new pictures and I never got a resolution. Also, I can sue you for fraud since you do not let users cancel the membership through the app. Why do I need access to a desktop/laptop if I need to cancel my membership? What if customer does not have a desktop? This is a fraudulent means of forcing your customer to pay for the membership. I want a full refund.
