FROZEN 2 Attribution correction keeps being declined for my Client - LIVVY STUBENRAUCH -HELP PLEASE

Hi experts, I've been on IMDB for 20 plus years and this is the first time I've hit a brick wall. My client, actress Livvy Stubenrauch, is the voice of Young Anna in Frozen 1 and they used her voice in Frozen 2. For some inexplicable reason there is an attribute after her name in the IMDB credits that says "credited as LIBBY STUBENRAUCH" It would evident to anyone looking at the credits from the first movie that this is not the case.

I have a picture of the credits in Frozen 2 which Livvy's dad took at the screening.

I also have a screen shot of IMDB's bizarre reply to my correction request. Anyone have any ideas?

If you have visual proof, upload it to Imgur and add the link to the explanation box to stand a better chance of success.
You can probably just upload it to this thread now for when a staff member comes along to view your problem.
They won't remove things without proof of it being incorrect.
