We fans of TV Serials have been taken for granted by the Wizards of Oz.
That is the schedule wizards. We love our shows. We don't love having 6,
7, 8, 10, or only 12 episodes of our favorite shows. We want more. We
don't like splitting the seasons up either. Netflix thinks they have the
best solution for our imploding cerebellums. One day Seasons. Please,
364 days of withdrawal is no way to live. What's a fan to do? Opine! How
do you want to watch your favorite shows?

I don't mind watching once a week, but on balance it is better to be able to watch whenever.
To avoid waiting for ages between seasons, the solution is to not watch new shows :)

I also do that too. Thought I was the only one to do that. Waiting for Supernatural to end for a binge-a-thon. Waited for Dexter. Quite a few others. G.O.T. Did not wait. It varies. Think i will add that to the list. Thanks for bringing that up.
For option 3 do you mean 18 episode instead of season?
Got an 18 Episode Season Series? (like Suits) Two episode season opener, with a two episode season end. You have time for Jimmy Stewart!
