The tone that is going on repeatedly during the Gainbridge Life ad on Freedive is causing me physical pain in my ears. It's got to stop. There has to be a way of skipping a problem ad. I contacted them about it and, as is typical in website chats, agent could not care less about what I was reporting.
A "specific" what? You're missing a word. How can I answer if you haven't communicated effectively? It's quite obvious by my words that it's NOT a volume issue (afterall, I could turn it down if that was the issue, right?) and that specific tone or sound that sounds like ringing metal just over and over and over and over again, continuously, as the commercial plays.
No, this isn't the one but it is quite similar and I hear the same repeating tone. The one on Freedive (at least the one I've been seeing) doesn't have tulips. I can't tell what they're auctioning in that one. I have to say that even though I hear the same tone in your video that it is not as loud nor as prominent, so does not cause pain here. Perhaps it is a function of volume on Freedive. Thanks for your help. I would not say, in summary, that the volume of any commercial on Freedive is excessively loud, but it's that repeating tone that's causing me pain.
