Get film listed before official announcement?

The film I'm trying to add has not been officially announced publicly, so I have no links to share with any 3rd party tracking the production, but the cast and crew I added in the submission are in contract and we start filming next month. I've tried to explain why I don't have this information in the submission form twice now, and I can't get the title added to the database. What am I missing? I have no idea what information I'm supposed to give under "explain missing information" that will convince the database that our film should be added.

Hi,

As Tom mentioned, we are looking for evidence for us to verify that the title is being created. Such as a URL to the festival site where the film is going to be shown, on-set photos, articles referencing the film, media sites, a trailer and so on. 

Without any sort of evidence we have no way to confirm the existence of the title and therefore are unable to accept the title submission.
