Hey there,

My Friend is unable to sign-in to Get Satisfaction.

The login/sign-in tab/box is... invisible.

The login page is gone too. (Doesn't load correctly, I think.)

We will be really thankful, if anyone could help us out. Thanks in advance.

The friend he's talking about is ME.

I've logged in with another browser (same device).

This problem occurred in Google Chrome.
Before anybody ask, I've tried everything to make it work. I've cleared chrome cookies, the site data/cache and settings, restarted Chrome, restarted the whole damn computer. But still no luck.

Just so you all know, I don't want to reinstall my Google Chrome. Please find me another way.

Thank you.

Problem Fixed (at least for now).

I don't know what exactly the problem was, but connecting to a virtual network (VPN) allows me to sign-in without any issues.

And yes, I can disconnect once I'm logged in, which I have. It won't log me out even after I've restarted my browser. (not yet I guess)

Well, there was no use creating this thread then.

You found a problem and you fixed it yourself. lmao.

Anyway, Welcome Back!

Mr. Pink,

I humbly disagree.

BONAFIDE BOSS reported a problem and later reported a solution (albeit possibly temporary) to the problem. Other people may have the same problem and may benefit to his solution.

True, Dan. That's what I meant actually, he found a solution to his problem, although it's not really fixed.
