Getting 404 error when opening review window

Or well lets say the imdb version of 404 that includes a catchy quote from some movie.

For example when I open https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0246438/?ref_=ttfc_fc_tt and scroll down to and click on "Review this title" next to "See one User review", I get the page not found. Problem occurred today for the first time. Not on every title, for some it works. Another one where it is not working: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0239467/?ref_=tt_rec_tt

The first title had 1 review and no 404
Second had 9 and no 404?
???

Hmmm so maybe it is just my browser. You also used Firefox? But then why is it working for some ttles and for others not...

It is this link for me:
https://contribute.imdb.com/review/tt0246438/add?bus=imdb&return_url=https%3A//www.imdb.com/clos... that results in 404

I'm having the exact same problem. Tried to review the 1984 horror film Carnage and got the same thing.

Not you browser. See examples below.
It appears that all titles below 2010 are affected. Maybe!?

I'm getting a similar thing, though it is basically sending me to this contributor page. It is only affecting old movies, not any of the latest releases.

I keep getting this message every time I go to view my video. 404 error when opening review window. What's funny is that it let me see it one time then the error occurred. Why?? and how can I fix this???
