I noticed in the morning that when you pass the cursor over a movie trailer on IMDb a short GIF animation showing scenes from that trailer appear. Is this something new that's been installed? If so, it's a nice touch.

EDIT: I noticed it was there in the morning some hours ago, and at present it is absent. I'm guessing it's still on?

Okay, so a few things to note:
- many GIFs show off the start of the trailer: green screen of MPAA, company logos and that's it. Try to use a GIF that shows a little more action.
- the GIFs only work when a title's main page is loaded. They should operate whenever the mouse passes over them.

Thank you. This is useful feedback.

1. I agree that not all of the clips are the most engaging part of the video - we are planning to experiment with how these are created to potentially skip some of the earlier, less interesting, parts of video.

2. Agreed - we actually have two treatments just now - one which only on works on when the page loads (the one you're seeing) and one that only works on hover. Combining the two is an interesting suggestion I'll pass onto the team.

Thanks again for providing your feedback.
