girl kept hostage by family

I don't remember much about it but I think the film was in the UK, a woman just started working at an airport (I think) and met this girl. The girl and her family took her hostage and were torturing her at their home, she manages to escape at the end and kills one of the family members. I think it was 2000-2010

May be Mum & Dad (2008)?
I'm not 100% sure because could not watch it till the end, so don't know whether she "kills one of the family members"...

Yes that’s the one! I’m not really sure if she did kill anyone, I think I watched it when it first came out that’s why I don’t remember much about. Thank you very much! This was bothering me for a few days now
