I rate everything I watch on IMDb so I can know in the future if I liked what I watched enough to watch again. I love having a ratings analysis so I can see my ratings distribution, and others can see it. However, I've rated a large about of TV episodes, and I'm much less critical of them, so they have a large effect on my overall ratings analysis. I'd MUCH prefer it if I could set the ratings analysis to only focus on films, so myself and others can see my distribution of ratings on films, such as how many 7s I've given in comparison to 8s and which years I've watched the most films in, without it being largely affected by how many TV episodes I've watched. This feature would make it much more enjoyable for me.

Hi Alex,

In effect you would like to be able to filter your ratings analysis using the Refine Ratings available on your Ratings Page.

No, that just shows me the ratings I've given films. I want the display on my profile to show how many films I've seen in each year and my overall distribution of ratings, without TV episodes being there. It helps me keep track and gives others a better idea of how I rate films.
