I have been trying to update my Biography for months now. I just simply want to delete everything that is under this category and have the things I am known for show up. Please and thank you.

Sorry, but they probably won't delete it unless there are some VERY extraordinary circumstances, especially since you yourself submitted it (that's part of the terms you agreed to). About the only thing you can do at this point is ask them to correct false information (if any).

Well, this is my correct information. I just want the things I am known for and the things I am going to be known for in the future to show up in my Bio. Like I have seen in others IMDb. Is there in option to add that to my Bio? Do you know? I won't mind still having the current information up there as long as they can add the things I am known for..

Andrea, they will not delete that biography but you can try revising it so that it provides more current and salient information. Make it longer and you can try leaving your birth date out. Since it is not entered into the birth date data area, they very well may delete the bio and replace it with a newer, better one that contains more but different information.
By the way, the "Known For" is an automatically generated set of data that is generated from the list of credits. I believe there have be be at least a specific number of credits (I don't know that number) and my also have something to do with how high-profile the titles may be.
Someone who is a bit more knowledgeable about that section of the database may be along to provide a better explanation.

Since you are Andrea Torres (V) your three credits are listed in the Known for list on your Pro page :
However, before the Known for section is displayed on the base system, at least two of the titles must have a poster as part of their data, and not one of these three titles does.
Note that even if you do get a couple of credits that do have posters, you are not guaranteed the section. The system first selects the Titles based on an undisclosed algorithm, displays 3 of them on Pro, and only then checks for the posters. Two of the 4 selected Titles must have posters.

Known for FAQ page says 5 titles (and at least two with posters) need to be displayed.
