Having trouble adding credits to my page

Whenever I submit a credit to a production, it gets declined almost immediately, even when I have supplied evidence. If I try to correct or delete any wrong credits on my page, the same thing happens. Please help.

Thank you very much for taking the time to respond. It happens every time for me and I dont know why as others seem to get their credits added without issue. Here is my last contribution...

Please use the Contact Us form selecting IMDb Fan/Contributor questions > Filmography credits > Delete / Correct credits > E-mail to discuss this directly with staff.
