Having problems with quotes

I created many quotes for the very rare movie Paul and Michelle 1974.  The URL http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0071978/trivia?tab=qt&ref_=tt_trv_qu
Nobody ever submitted quotes before me and what appears on the screen right now seems correct for the most part.  BUT in my submission records, the girl (Michelle Latour) has suddenly been replaced by the boy's (Paul's) Father Sir Robert in almost all my submissions.  Why?  If you change what is presently posted with those submissions, then Paul will be making love with his Father, etc.  This is a bug in your program.  Should I wait a week or two and then go and correct all the crazy blunders if your editors don't catch them?  Go to my contributions and you will see what is going on.  Incidentally, the "transcripts" of my submissions to my email are correct in terms of the characters and content.  Maybe the submission list is bonkers but the computers at IMDb have it correct?

Stephen: Please post your data submission numbers here in this thread so that if any IMDb staffers happen to read this thread, they will be able to look up your quote submissions and see if they are being processed correctly.

HOPE EDITORS SEE THIS!!!! Please post these in order of my submission list since they need to be in order to follow the plot!!!

Starting from bottom to top are initial quotes that need posting correctly but some of them are "old" and replaced by submissions above. These submission are posted here in order of submission as per my list of contributions):  Post from bottom to top.  Excuse that some quotes are longer (12 lines), but the movie is very rare and the quotes are arranged to give people who haven't seen the movie a sense of just what happened to the two young lovers in this sequel. I do intend to write a plot summary and no one else has yet either so I feel this can do it, at least for now.

It won't help even if they do get them on in the right sequence.

In the current quest to become a social app, rather than a data site, IMDb has added the ability for the users to indicate which quotes they like, and they are reordered by number of votes.

We have asked a number of times to have the ability to include the time in the film where the quote occurs or at least a sequence number, something that would be helpful to all users but particularly to contributors who are auditing the quotes for accuracy,  but IMDb implemented this instead.

Does that mean that quotes that receive few or no votes are taken off the site? Or are they demoted to a lower position on the page?  If they are removed, what a loss!

P.S. I looked, for example, at another older movie, a science fiction film "This Island Earth".  The quotes are thorough and in sequence like mine and you can follow the storyline.  The movie is obscure enough that no one voted or showed great interest in saying that any one quote was more interesting than the next. IMDb retained all the quotes and the sequence was not altered because no real voting took place.  I did not only Paul and Michelle, but Friends, the original motion picture and the quotes are still in sequence because there seems to be no real interest in voting on anything.  My quotes are in sequence in my contributions list, old ones and later new ones correcting and replacing some earlier quotes with various mistakes and omissions.  When the editors finish posting all of them if they are not rejected, even if there are lots of problems with the characters not being the right ones, I can edit all the quotes.

As I understand it, quotes that receive more votes for "Is this interesting?" get promoted to higher on the quotes page, which has the effect that quotes that receive fewer votes appear lower on the page. However, I don't think that quotes which get fewer votes are at risk of being removed from the site, at least not under current policy.

This has the effect that if anyone votes on whether the quotes from a film are interesting, the quotes are likely to get out of order. See, for example, Star Wars (1977), where the quotes are out of order because many of them have received votes as interesting. But note that even for a movie as famous as Star Wars,. none of the quotes has more than 18 votes as "interesting". It seems that few IMDb users have been involved in voting quotes as interesting or not.
