Any registered user may submit update requests by clicking the Edit page button near the bottom of the Name page.
If you have not updated any data on IMDb before I would strongly recommend you read the various FAQs at
Adding Data: Getting Started.
You can't be sure the page was created by her previous manager; IMDb does not allow anybody to have control of any Name page (or Title page for that matter) not even her manager. Or maybe especially not her manager. IMDb is a database of factual data about Films, TV Shows, Videos and Video Games, and a person's Name page should contain all relevant data, not just items that the they or their manager feel is best for their career.
IMDb will normally not remove any factual data, so don't try to delete anything that is (or was) correct. If the item is outdated, modify it so that it is correct, while still maintaining the basic truth.
Be prepared to supply evidence for significant changes, and definitely for Birth information.
Note that she does not currently have a Biography on file. What is shown as a
Mini-Bio is actually just generated from other data on the site, and will disappear if an actual Bio is added.

Mini-Biographies Section before attempting the latter.
IMDb works to some extent on trust, but if you are found to be trying to add or delete items contrary to their guidelines they may flag you as untrustworthy, which can make getting future updates accepted. This is one of the reasons I recommend checking the guides and FAQs before submitting anything.
