Help correcting my birthday

On my profile it says I was born in March 8, 1998 when I was in fact born on March 8, 1999. I need help correcting this. I have the necessary proof needed to correct this but they still don't want to change it even after I sent the proof. Please help!

Daniel, I am facing the same issue. This platform are not showing my correct Date of Birth. On another site I am also facing the same issue it's not showing my correct birthday. I don't Know how to resolve this.
