Help identify a cartoon from the 80s

I have very vague memory of a cartoon that I saw in the 80s. It wasn't in English, the language may be French or some other European language. But I'm pretty sure it wasn't any Asian language (like Chinese or Japanese).

The only thing that I can remember is that there was an anthropomorphic bear (who looked a bit like Barney Bear) and I think he found a huge egg and from it hatches a dragon/dinosaur. That's about all I remember. Sorry, I wish I could recall more. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Als je begrijpt wat ik bedoel (1983), on IMDB country of origin (Netherlands) in title is not specified, (there is further, in the text of the description).
