Help removing a background credit.

I listed a background credit when I was just starting out like so many others and I deeply regret it. I have been trying to have it removed for 2 years. Is there someone who can help me? I've had other background credits removed before but despite my efforts I am still being told that IMDb believes it is factual and will not remove it. Please, I am begging someone to assist me.

Is it a factual credit? If so, IMDb will not remove it.

If we believe the credit data listed is factual, we cannot remove it from the site.
