Hello. There's this 1986 mini series I came across on IMDB. It's listed as "TV Mini-Series (1986-)" on IMDB

How do I remove the dash so it just says "TV Mini-Series (1986)"
I heard you need to email the imdb staff team with a link to a source. Problem is, with a show this old it'll be pretty hard to find a source for an end date

Hello Alyvia Taylor,
I think that the best you can hope for is to ask that it be changed to "TV Mini-Series (1986-1986)"
Don't all TV series (or mini-series) have a start and an end date?

Alyvia,

To report on a program's missing end year, go to the IMDb Contact Us page. Click the following buttons:

IMDb Fan/Contributor Questions -> Titles -> Edit Series End Year -> E-mail

Fill out the Enter Additional Information box as needed.

As far as finding a source confirming the TV mini-series ended, consider sources, including TV Guide or go to your local library's website to see if the web NY Times is available, where you can provide a citation in the request proving that the mini-series aired and ended on a particular date.

I hope this helps. Please write back if you have any more questions or if you need additional assistance.
