I had originally opened two accounts..the primary one has been hacked and I would like to have all communications sent to the other account..but when I change password to new account which is blank it won't let me..says that that account is taken.

What makes you think your account was "hacked?" I doubt that is the case. Perhaps the account can be recovered. Also, to change your password, you need to log in first. So, it makes no sense that you'd get a message that the "account is taken." Perhaps you can clarify more in a message to the help desk as staff won't discuss your account specifics or status here on a public message board. The contact form as linked on the main page is
