Help removing credit - I've tried 4 times!!

Hi there, I need help removing an incorrect credit from my page. I have submitted for correction 4 times over the past 6 months or so for a film I had nothing to do with and had never even heard of before it ended up on my IMDB page and it still has not been removed. It's a credit in which I'm listed as playing myself, which never happened. Another girl with my name WAS in the film, so I understand the confusion, but I had nothing to do with this project. The video is actually provided on the IMDB page, if someone watches it they can clearly see the girl named "Jessica McCabe" is NOT me. The credit is titled "Female Ejaculation: Perceptions." Thank you for your help, as this is obviously damaging to my reputation as a serious actress.
