Can you be more specific with your question than "Yeah.?"
Do you mean the avatar for a User Account profile or do you mean there is an IMDb Name Page about you to which you've uploaded a head shot or other photos? Can you link to the page you're talking about or describe it better?
If you have IMDb Pro and have uploaded a head shot or photos, then canceled Pro, content you uploaded as part of your paid subscription gets removed...could that be what you mean?

Yes, the avatar on the account profile disappeared and so did some other pictures int he album. Truthfully, I don't remember when it was uploaded ( a few years ago? on what account and if it was Pro)
I'm guessing maybe that account did get canceled. So to my understanding, basically unless if you are paying a subscription, profile pictures will get taken down? Is that correct?

Yes, that is correct, in order for Resume photos to remain on the site you must maintain an active IMDbPro Subscription. So if you had photos that were displayed on your page that have since been removed, it is likely that these images were uploaded from an account that expired.
