Hi, I recently added a new title to IMDb, and it was approved... so, I rated it, but the rating doesn't apear on my ratings list. Why?

Since this is a new title to IMDb. It's likely still being processed. Not all of the data appears on the site at the same time. Give at least 1-2 more days for the title page to appear on all servers.
