Kaleb, were you able to get the money refunded? I am having the same issue and $150 isn't a little bit of money that I can just have disappear from my bank account! I did email the help desk!

I am having the same issue today. I have sent a message to the Contact desk and waiting a response. Is there any way you could please help me reverse this and only have the $19.99 monthly subscription. I have searched the forums all morning in hopes of a response to solve this quickly.

Yes i did! The help desk replied to me and told me I would be funded within 3 to 5 days. But at 12 that same night my money was back in my bank account!

I really need to cancel it completely and get a refund - I signed up and didn't cancel my trial in time, but received no payment confirmation email or anything. Suddenly there is $149.99 charged to my card - felt very intrusive.

Yes, but I'm not seeing any confirmation around my message being received and the "help desk history" link won't load.
