Hello Sheila Shah
It looks like it was rejected. Did you include any proof?
Your name as Associate Producer in the on-screen credits is the best proof.

Hi, Steve Crook. Under the circumstances of the status of the production, she may have to present as evidence a redacted employment document from the production company.

Aha, it's still in Pre-production.
I didn't spot that.

Thanks Jeorj,

Can you get an image and store that somewhere publicly accessible (without any password needed to access it).

Then put the URL of the image itself in a comment field explaining your submission.

Hi, Sheila Shah. Your update was submitted long enough ago that, if it was approved (going live accordingly), there is the possibility that some other contributor (perhaps somebody familiar with the project) may have spotted and, for some reason, deleted it. Are you certain that the specific title entry you tried add to your filmography is the correct one?

Hi Sheila,

Thanks for your post.

As mentioned by the other helpful users, it appears your submission was rejected by an editor as they were unable to confirm it's accuracy - verification may include proof of employment (pay stubs or receipts, call sheets, contracts) showing that you worked on the production, or mentions your role on the production in media articles from reputable third-party sources.

Please upload these screen grabs or data somewhere on the Web where we can access it (we recommend a free image hosting service like imgur.com), these will need to be publicly available and cannot require an account to login. You can then send us the links/URLs pointing to it via the following process:

    1) Find your original submission in your submission history (https://www.imdb.com/updates/history).

    2) Verify that all the data is still valid. If you need to update/amend the information, you can do so and resubmit the entry.

    3) Make a note of the update reference number (it's the number composed of three groups of 6 digits separated by dashes, e.g. 121027-090001-134000

    4) Go to this page: https://help.imdb.com/contact and select the options for IMDb Fan/Contributor Questions --> Filmography Credits --> Provide credit evidence

    5) Fill in the form with all the information (the update reference number and all the URLs pointing to the additional verification for that submission). At least one link is mandatory. If you have more than three, use the 'comment' field to add them.

    6) Enter any additional information, comment or feedback in the 'comment' field. The more data/evidence you supply, the better.

    7) Submit the form.

Please note, we're unable to open attachments linked with contacts sent to the help desk system. Once any information received, our editors will review the links you have supplied and use them to re-examine your update. If they can verify that the submission is eligible to be included, they will accept it.

Thank you in advance!

Joel
