Like I say, I just checked my page and all my credits, 25 years of my work history has vanished. I am the only person in the world with this spelling of my name. I don't know what could have happened. Here is a link to my page:

I had a show air last night that got massive numbers, so it sucks to have this weird thing happen when there might be elevated interest. I'd be grateful for any help on this matter as soon as possible.

There was a similar problem noted on the Contributor Help Board at IMDb.com.

While your basic Name page and Pro name page both show no credits, there is still a significant filmography on the beta Pro-Labs page. Moreover, when I open the update pages, I find a significant number of credits (I checked Cast (2) and Production Designer (44) ).

I interpret this as indicating that a problem has occurred rebuilding the Display pages for some people. I expect that now you have reported it here, IMDb will correct the problem shortly.

Unfortunate that it happened at this particular time for you, but it looks as though at least the data is still there and will not need to be re-entered.

Also the "known for" section is still populated, which demonstrates the data is there, it just isn't displaying.

The data is showing up via an Advanced Title Search and Filmography by Year. This definitely looks like a page build problem.

Yeah, I suspect the page building process has gone wrong and staff need to make sure it is working OK before the retrigger another page building. The problem is, the longer this goes on, the wider this will spread, so fingers crossed it gets fixed quickly or we'll be run off our feet.

edit: I also checked the page source - it is clear the information is missing, not just there and hidden.

I've checked the listing for Kelsey Walton on IMDbPro labs; the credits are still there.

Likewise, the data is showing up via an Advanced Title Search and Filmography by Year. This definitely looks like a page build problem. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do. It's in the hands of the IMDb technical staff.

Thank you Dan for looking. Seems a view people have this, hope it gets corrected. Ugh! And these posts are how technical staff know there is a problem or do I need to do something else to alert them?

Same here. Waiting for a credit to be added and one was removed instead - still waiting for the fourth to be added, has been about 3 months now!!

That is a good point - it does seem to be related to the processes which rebuild pages when a credit is added. So if you recently added a credit, be sure to let us know that too, as well as giving us the link to your IMDB entry. The more information, the quicker this can be resolved.

Hello, The same happened to my page yesterday.

Kelsey Walton recently had a credit added just days ago (to make #9) and the spelling was wrong. I put in a request on Friday (7/19/13) on the spelling correction of her character. So there was a change request made to her page after a credit add. Now all 9 credits are not visible. FYI.

I'm glad I'm not the only one with this exact problem regarding all credits/bio disappearing.
Hopefully the issue will be fixed within the next couple of weeks.

Yeah as Dan says, this is probably a separate issue, although I'd guess those will come through soon. Keep an eye on it and possibly start a new thread on this, as this will be marked "Solved" and it could get lost in the mix.
