Once I booked a role, I successfully added a credit. I only shot last week and I now have an "Uncredited" beside my role, but the production is still filming and won't be out until next year. What does that mean?

Security Guard is the type of role that is often left off the credit roll. When the submission is not from the production company, IMDb may decide that it is not likely to be listed and so add the (uncredited) attribute. Note that often generic characters are in scenes that are deleted or are shot in such a way that the individual in not clearly visible and identifiable, so IMDb often does not even accept individual submissions until after the film is released and the credits available to be audited.

If, when Bastards (2016) is released, your name is shown on the credit roll, IMDb will gladly accept a correction to the listing.
