How can I block a specific ad on IMDB FreeDive?

There is one ad, for a product that I'm not interested in, that makes me and my entire family sick to our stomachs. It's an ad for something mint or mint something where the actors are drinking expired milk. Logically, I'm sure that whatever they're actually drinking isn't "chunky milk", but  we still can't stand to watch it, and so I don't remember what it's for. I do know that I have no interest in supporting a company that would show that kind of content to anyone, so showing it to us isn't going to make us want to purchase their product. And by the way, if this commercial shows up during cooking shows, that would make it so much worse.

Please, if there isn't a way to do block this ad, make one.

Hi Melissa Sims,

I am not a staff member, so I do not know whether you can block specific ads on IMDb Freedive.

The ad is for Mint Mobile. According to this news story the ad first ran during Super Bowl LIII and that many people find the ad revolting and in poor taste.

This is the contact page for Mint Mobile in case you wish to complain to them directly about the ad.

Hi Mellisa,

Thanks for reaching out! I've shared this feedback with the video team and the advertiser and they promised to take action.
