If it's not the "claim page" issue, can you elaborate? If you're talking about two "User ID's" and not a Name Page, you cannot combine them. It simply cannot be done.
If you mean a "user account" (which lets you log in and use the features of the site) and a "name page" (which lists filmography), they are two things with separate purposes. They also cannot be combined or merged. They are 'apples and oranges.'
If you're unsure, can you post links to the two profiles you're talking about? You always get more accurate and specific answers if you give up all the info from the beginning.
