I have no problem pasting into e-mails or documents but nothing happens here. Please advise as IMDb has denied me a producing credit for over a year.

Hi Liz -
We don't accept e-mail correspondence as credit verification, however, if you do have verifying documents the best thing to do is take a screen grab (if they are on your computer) and save it as an image file (jpg, gif, png), you will then be able to upload this image to your Get Satisfaction post by clicking on the camera icon located below the the reply box.
Alternatively, if you do not have the evidence on your computer (ie. you only have a hard-copy), I would encourage you to take a picture and upload it onto your system so you can then upload that image file within your Get Satisfaction post.

THANK YOU, thank you. You are the FIRST person to answer my question which was HOW. Why didn't IMDb just say click on the camera image when this started almost a year ago.
