How come my new profile image isn’t changed - I’ve done this 5 times over the last 2 months?

Hi Bianca,

I'm sorry for the trouble you've experienced! It looks like the most recent photo you uploaded was in July of last year, so there must be an issue with the upload. The file may be too large, too small, or in the incorrect format. Have you attempted to upload the photo via the desktop version of Pro, or only via the IMDbPro app?

- your device and OS version
- your IMDbPro app version
