You may need the IMDbPro membership (paid membership is required) to upload and manage the photos to the name page directly.

Additionally, the related still images (backdrops of film sequence) can be uploaded to the title-pages for free (no IMDbPro required). Such images are good for any actor because they attract the users' attention to that person, but they can not be managed to appear at the name-pages.
