How do I add a project In Development to my page?

I've read the Help topic on this. It tells me when and why to do this, but not HOW to do it...

As an IMDbPro member, you are able to contribute and review contact/rep data and in development/in production title data. This data can be only contributed and accessed by IMDbPro members.
