Hi Jonathan,

If you did not receive an on-screen credit, you will need to make sure this was submitted to IMDb with the attribute of (uncredited). If you have submitted this as uncredited and it has not been updated, it means that our editors were unable to verify it and require additional evidence. This evidence can include proof of employment (pay stubs or receipts, call sheets, contracts) showing that you worked on the production. Alternatively, mentions of your role on the production in media articles from reputable third-party sources can help.

Please upload these screengrabs or data somewhere on the Web where we can access it (we recommend a free image hosting service like imgur.com) and send us the links/URLs pointing to it via the following process:

    1) Find your original submission in your update history at http://www.imdb.com/updates/history
    2) Verify that all the data is still valid. If you need to update/amend the information, you can do so and resubmit the entry.
    3) Make a note of the update reference number (it's the number composed of three groups of 6 digits separated by dashes, e.g. 121027-090001-134000).
    4) Go to this page: https://help.imdb.com/contact and select the options for IMDb Contributor Questions --> Filmography credits --> Provide credit evidence
    5) Fill in the form with all the information (the update reference number and all the URLs pointing to the additional verification for that submission).
    6) Enter any additional information, comment or feedback in the 'comment' field. The more data/evidence you supply, the better.
    7) Submit the form.

Our editors will review the links you have supplied and use them to re-examine your update. If they can verify that the submission is eligible to be included, they will accept it.

Please also note, our display logic requires at least one fully credited listing on your page before any will show - this means once a credited position is added, all (uncredited) data will also appear.

Thanks
Meredith
