You can do 5 at a time. And do it several times over depending on how many places there are. The attribute could be used for the local time

Beware that it is rather unlikely (but not impossible) that a title is released exactly on the same day around the world. The main reason is that different countries have different habits in terms on week day for releases.
I actually see that your film is a short, so I am curious to discover how you intend to release it (Internet, VOD, TV channels, theaters?), moreover if you are aiming at doing it on the same day around the world?

I guess it depends on what is meant by 'everywhere in the world on the same day' would that include countries such as China, India, Indonesia, Egypt, Israel, France, Bulgaria, Russia, etc. Quite a feat if done.
