How do I change the cast order number of a film?

The text box must not be working, because I see now way to change the order number. By the way, this is for Data Disaster (2019). I want to make an edit to the actor in yellow, but the order number field blanks when I do that, and I can't re-input the order number. I don't even want to change that. The change I want to make is that the actor marked in yellow plays 2 characters, and only 1 is listed.

It's likely that you are unable to correct the cast order because the project is still in pre-production and, for obvious reasons, has not been released.

How are cast credits ordered? Why don't the main stars appear at the top of the cast?
At this time, In-Development or Pre-Production titles are ineligible for cast ordering and the option will be unavailable. For instructions on how to update the titles Production Status - please see the following guide. Once this has been approved and is live, you'll be able to submit cast ordering corrections.

Hi Nathan -

As GMJ mentioned above, the title has the current status of "Pre-Production", you will only be able to add/update cast order numbers for titles that are In-Production, so once the title has been updated to that status you will then be able to submit the credit order updates.
