We have an old trailer up on our page for Rusty. I don't see a way to delete it. Any advice?

To remove the video trailers, please make sure you're signed into the exact account you originally used to upload the video to our site, then visit your video list, you'll have the option to delete the video.
However, if the Video was uploaded by a third party, you will need to contact the individual who initially uploaded the video and ask them to update the video directly.If you are unable to reach that individual, please upload the new video trailer through your account and once the Video is uploaded please write us back to confirm the new upload, we can take a look at removing the old Video.

Thank you! Okay, the account that originaly uploaded the Wayward Pilgrim trailer is no longer! I was able to upload a new trailer, Rusty movie trailer 1, to my page! Is there a way we can make it the primary video for the Rusty page?

This is being processed now. The new video did not replace the old one because it was tagged as "mature" when it was uploaded. We have fixed this for you now and the trailer should be in place within the next hour or so.
Could someone let me know how long it should take? It stated "Video deleted" after I followed the instructions above, but when I back out and visit my page, it is still there.

Hi, we have a trailer added to one of our titles, has no sound. We didn't upload it, so when I go to the "your video list" it isn't there. The production company also didn;t upload it, and they are the ones that pointed it out! Any ideas how I can get it removed please?

That unfortunately will not be able to be granted by staff for removal. The rules that staff uses is specific.
Never remove accurate information.
Their hands are tied.

How do I find out what account (email) my video upload was under, as the current account log in says no video uploaded but I have one I want to delete - that is associated with a title of mine...
