How do I adjust my settings so I DO NOT get notification off my submissions in my e-mail and on my cell phone?  The Update History is more the enough.  Now, everything is in triplicate.

There isn't a way to opt out of the contribution confirmation emails at this time.

Your update history doesn't always show what you submitted once the submission has been processed (for instance, when you delete keywords).

What you get on your phone are presumably notifications from your email.
