How do I find movies containing a specific character?

I'm trying to find a character that I've heard appears in several movies, not necessarily always portrayed by the same actor.  Can I do that?  For example, "Silent Bob" appears in several of Kevin Smith's movies, but how can I find out if a character named "Silent Bob" appears in other movies, whether or not he's played by Kevin Smith?

Thanks -- but the character name I'm searching for doesn't produce a result in the keyword search, even though the character is listed in the cast list of at least one movie.

Yes.
That was too obscure a name to have a keyword.
You could add it to the database if you like, but it would only come up with the one title any way.
