How do I get a title removed from under my name?

I am not 100% sure for these two credits:
CMT Artists of the Year 2012 (TV Special) (stage manager)
2012 CMT Music Awards (TV Special) (stage manager) 
but if they are not yours, those rather belong to another Anneke Scott:

Anneke, you may enjoy the assistance of staff (employees) -- they could split your profile into two and move the two credits into the new one. Or those credits may be processed this way:

1. Visit the title page, scroll to its bottom and click  button;
2. In the "Cast and Crew" section => Other Crew, select "Correct/Delete"; then scroll down and click ;
3. Select "Correct" for the "Anneke Scott" credit, then click "Check these updates";
4. Then format the name as this: "Scott, Anneke (II)", then check the option "provide an explanation to assist in processing this change", then click "Check these updates";
5. Please provide the explanation for this credit is not yours, including the prove links if any (maybe this current thread), and check this option:  and click  at the bottom of the page;
6. Finally, you'll see the form is colored in green, then click . If you'll see another color, please report here.

Anyway, the staff (editors) will need the detailed info from you for the titles under question.

While your intentions are good, your advice is incorrect. Your are making assumptions based on pure speculation.
Anneke, please ignore this advice of moving the title to another account, as this is not an available option because there is no other Anneke Scott in the entertainment industry.
Please allow Anneke to reply as to which credit is the one in question and allow her to state the reason why please.

Also please understand that this title that you want removed, will not be deleted from your credits if you indeed did participate in it.

Please let the the original poster reply with a complete explanation.
And if you had really looked at her credits, the one thing that stands out as not fitting is the casting credit.
But that would be SPECULATION on my part. But I would not ever give advice on a hunch or speculation.
Also she is only saying she wants removal of "A" credit, not 2 as you have tried to speculate on.
That is why you don't assume.
That is why you don't give advice without all the facts.

Please try not to give more advice on speculation.
