This is the user doing it. He's bullyied a few other people, causing longtime users to leave Music General and last night he posted a thread with my real name. I reported post but nothing happens. This is not the first time I've reported this person either http://www.imdb.com/user/ur21104274/

A user cannot "get a user banned."  We can only report abuse, then put the user on our ignore list.  What's done to the user is between the site staff and the user.

You might use the "none of the above" reason for the report and explain the issue so it's not mistakenly actioned for just the one post, if the user has done so in more than one place. This would be better to get appropriate action and also is better than you reporting him/her over and over which could get your account onto the system's ignore list meaning all future reports of abuse will be permanently ignored (if you've reported him before and now you're not seeing action to your reports, you might already be on the ignore list).

Good luck.
