How do I merge my two accounts with edits?

I have two accounts under my name (I) and (II). I only need one account under my name. Some of the information from (I) needs to be merged with (II), but not everything. Do I need to delete (I) first and then add only the items I want to (II)? Or is there a way to merge and edit from there? Thank you.

It's always better and faster to merge rather than to try to delete a complete name entry.
But why do you only want to merge some of the credits?
Aren't they both about you? Is there a plethora of people called Joe Camoriano?

Joe Camoriano (I) mainly has production liaison credits but also has some Actor credits
Joe Camoriano (II) mainly has Producer credits but also has some Actor credits

Which is the real Joe Camoriano?
You are only supposed to have one IMDb entry per person

Joe: Besides what Steve Crook wrote, which I agree with, please specify exactly what data on each of the Joe Camoriano pages refers to you and what data does not refer to you. That will enable the contributors or staff here to determine whether you need to do a merge or just correct particular credits from one Joe Camoriano to another, and what steps you will need to take to accomplish that.

Thank you, both. There is only one Joe Camoriano and that is me. I only want one IMDb account; however, when I first started working on my initial attempt (I), I included credits that are more of a news background - The Robert MacNeil Report, Hardball with Chris Matthews, Today, etc. I have tried to delete those news items and some of them have been successfully removed. However, I wanted to upgrade my IMDb to PRO to be able to have a more robust profile and so I began putting more film credits in. It wasn't until later that I saw that (I) still exists and so I have been trying to pull items off of there and move them over to just one account. So I am trying to figure out how to just have one account that I can edit instead of two accounts. I like the (II) better, but still need to transfer a few of (I) over, specifically:  Haunted Collector, Ellen, and Extreme Couponing. The rest of (I) I do not need. I hope this clarifies my request. Thank you.

If the credits are correct, IMDb will maintain them whether you feel you need them or not.

Aha, in that case you should definitely merge them into one name entry.

The IMDb doesn't just record what you want to be recorded. It records (or aims to record) everything that you've done. So it should all be recorded under the one name entry
