Hullo,
I have a bit of a confusing situation here. This title (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0189490/) and this one (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0106313/) are the one and the same film with the second title ("Concealed Weapon") being simply the film "Drugi covek" dubbed in English. Now, I know that to merge the two I just have to change the title of "Concealed Weapon" into "Drugi covek" and voila, but there's a problem. Namely, the cast of "Concealed Weapon" is completely wrong. The actors listed as appearing in it, such as Ira Mensur, Doug Mackey, Brendon Chase don't exist. They are anglicised names (or aliases) of the Serbian actors from the original film's cast, namely, Irfan Mensur, Dragan Maksimovic, and Branko Cvejic, respectively, among many others. If I merely merge the two, am I right that the cast list of "Concealed Weapon" would merely move onto the "Drugi covek" page, and if so, do I have to change each cast listing individually?

I would let an IMDb representative review the two title pages. In my opinion, upon further review of the cast and crew sections, the running times and release years, I don't believe a title merge is needed.

I would also suggest adding information to each title's Connections section since lead performers Daryl Haney (Oliver) and Suzanne Wouk (Nina) appear in both movies and writer/director Milan Zivkovic is listed on both titles.

The two are the exact same film, just slightly altered versions. It's sort of like listing the four different cuts of "Heaven's Gate" separately. The casts are the same people just billed differently. Dragan Maksimovic is the same person as Doug Mackey. Dave Payne is the same person as Milan Zivkovic. The difference in runtimes simply means that when the film was released in the US, it was cut by about 15 minutes. Never-the-less, it's the same film!

If you are certain that the films are the same, then you are welcome to submit a Title Merge through our online Update form.  After the merge if you are aware of incorrect information displayed in the cast section, you will then be able to submit the applicable credit corrections/deletions through our online Update form.
