Hello Roy Skaf
Do you want to give us a clue as to which article you're referring to?

Hi, Roy Skaf. You're not removing anything off the website without going through administrators of it. You can notify them of false information by primarily reporting it through the IMDb contact form or right here on the public forum of the IMDb Community. If they don't value the claims made by you, that is another matter.

Hi Roy -

If you are aware of inaccurate data on the site, the best way to report it to staff is by submitting the appropriate data correction (ideally preferred) or deletion request through our online Update form; all pages on our site include an "Edit Page" button at the bottom of the page that will allow you to submit these updates to our editors for review.

Otherwise, as Steve and Jeorj mentioned above, if you need further guidance, please post additional details here regarding what data you believe should be removed and from what name/title page?

Yes, I forgot to mention that the company prefers to that subscribers try to use whatever "edit" tools are available in the interfaces of the website (or the app) to delete or overwrite false information, before contacting the customer service representatives.

Roy Skaff: "How do I remove a false article off your website?"

Are you trying to say that the description of the episode of the Australian TV series A Current Affair called "High Roller in the Sun" is a "false article"? I thought that episde was about this Roy Skaf:-

asic.gov.au: "Mr Skaf, of Mount Lewis in New South Wales, was found to have failed to
properly discharge his duties as an officer of the Central Development companies by failing to ensure that the fundraising provisions were complied with and that promotional documents were not false or misleading. Mr Skaf has been disqualified from managing corporations for five years.

https://asic.gov.au/about-asic/media-centre/find-a-media-release/2006-releases/06-364-illegal-fundra...

The description reads as follows "A high-flying businessman has been accused of leaving employees in the lurch. Roy Skaf has withheld thousands of dollars in payments while taking overseas trips and financing a hip hop music video. Skaf, a cousin of notorious NSW gang rapists Bilal and Mohammed Skaf, is the former director of New Home Group, a property consultation company which offered help to first home buyers. Former employees are angry they have been left without a cent and are taking legal action."

Are you saying that this isn't what the episode is about? Someone reviewed the programme and it appears that this is exactly what the programme is about. They have even included a screenshot of Paul Anderson, one the employees interviewed.

Or are ypu saying that you are Roy Skaf from the New Home Group but the information in the description is not correct? In which case,

1) Are you saying you not a cousin of the convicted rapists Bilal and and Mohammed Skaf?

2) Are you saying you have not been on any trips abroad in the last year?

3) Are you saying that your company did not offer any help to first time buyers?

4) Are you saying you have not financed a hop hop video in the last year?

5) Are you saying that, when you closed your business you paid everyone for their labour in compliance with the usual pay day and the employees interviwed are prenetdning they had not been paid at the usual time or not at all?

6) Are you saying that the foremr employees referred to are not angry and are only pretending to be angry?

7) Are you saying they have not taken any legal action?

Hi Meredith, the following link is from your website https://www.imdb.com/title/tt7159152/ The information was from A Current Affair who aired the report and later took it down because it was found to be incorrect and defamatory. Can you please assist by removing it from your site.

It's still on the 9now website with the same description. Hasn't been removed at all "because it was incorrect and defamatory". https://www.9now.com.au/a-current-affair/2017/extras/latest/170720/high-roller-on-the-run

It currently reads "A high-flying businessman has been accused of leaving employees in the lurch. It’s alleged he has refused to pay salaries, while taking his family on overseas trips."

You have claimed that the description of the episode is defamatory. I have asked which if the statements contained are not true. I listed each of them and asked you about them but you chose not to reply to them. I have reproduced them with spelling corrections.

1) Are you saying you not a cousin of the convicted rapists Bilal and and Mohammed Skaf?

2) Are you saying you had not been on any trips abroad in the previous year?

3) Are you saying that your company did not offer any help to first time property buyers?

4) Are you saying you have not financed a hip hop video in the last year?

5) Are you saying that, when you closed your business, you paid everyone for their labour in compliance with the usual pay day and the employees interviewed are pretending they had not been paid at all / at the usual time?

6) Are you saying that the former employees referred to are not angry and are only pretending to be angry?

7) Are you saying they have not taken any legal action?

By the way, in order to be defamatory, it not only has to be untrue but it has to damage your reputation. I just want to remind you where your reputation currently sits.
