There is no obituary or press release. My late sister's resting place is Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills. Her name is Theodora Siddall Cole.
Date of birth: August 12, 1953
Date of death: February 4, 2018
She was also known as Teddi Siddall.
I believe that she was a registered member.
News of her passing appeared on IMDb from March 27 to April 13 when for some reason the date of death was removed. Teddi sadly has passed.

I understand your reluctance to share the death certificate due to the sensitive information on that document.
IMDb needs proof that your sister died. Maybe a picture of her headstone may be sufficient, since there is no obituary or press release. I was unable to find either on line.
Does your sister's grave have a headstone with her name, date of birth and date of death? If so do you or someone you know live close enough to take a picture of the headstone and grave site? Considering all information posted on Get Satisfaction (GS) is public, Would you be willing to share that picture on GS? Would you be more willing to only share that picture with IMDb staff via a file sharing website?

I've sent four private communications to the IMDb staff with resources to confirm my sister's passing and date of death. I don't have access to Teddi's profile to edit her information myself. I assure IMDb that my sister has passed. I simply want her profile updated to reflect that she is no longer living. Is there a supervisor who can assist?

I today privately sent a link to the help desk to a drop box file following your instructions. The staff members who have responded to my previous communications told me to edit the information myself, apparently not understanding that I don't have access to my late sister's profile although I've specifically explained several times that I don't have access.

Dan, The initial listing of my sister's passing was added by someone else unknown to me. I have seen other posts in which family members have submitted verification other than an obit or a press release that were accepted by IMDb. It will be helpful to learn each of the forms of verification and sources that are acceptable. Thanks.

If the Facebook account is your sister's Teddi Siddall (AKA Theodora Siddall Cole) official Facebook account, IMDb staff may accept it as evidence. The same would probably apply for official Facebook accounts for her agent or well-known person.
