Hello Donald,
What emails are you getting?
If you have a decent filter on your email client/reader then you should be able to filter them out and ignore them.

Dan, as you wish.
Some months ago I was going to start such FAQ-pages, but then understood that is equally simple to copy-paste a link to a thread, or otherwise the whole short FAQ. Long FAQs really need such pages, but shorts... shorts are even better when published completely in a "problem" thread, because the person in trouble then has the off-line answer in his/her mail-box.

That is exactly what I do. I have several key bookmarked pages that I Copy and Paste "Canned Replies". Works very well. Thanks Dan

Unfortunately, the inbuilt search engine of GS is very poor for such FAQs to be easy found. I've tried your topic title, and have 2-minutes result:
Have a nice day
PS: maybe some body needs your separate topic to copy others efforts ;) So yes, its very handy.

- "How to unsubscribe" -- 3d top result is your topic;
- "unsubscribe" -- 5th respectively;
- "I want unsubscribe" -- no FAQ found...

Well, can you unfollow?

When "unfollow" a thread, then the person can hardly recall the topics of his/her interest. People interested to "stop receiving emails" can stop (pause) them coming in as described above.
If you wish to forget a topic completely, then yes -- the best way is to unfollow the thread.
