delaneywilliams,
Unless I'm mistaken, a name page which is displayed in separate sections (Actor: TV and Actor: Movie), cannot be moved by an IMDb user. I believe the headline order depends on the number of titles in a person's filmography.
Please wait for a response from an IMDb representative.

How are filmographies ordered? Why do my acting credits appear before my writing credits?

Unless mistaken as well (I am writing this from my smartphone, not from my PC), the filmography display is an option at the user's hand. Look at the possibilities at the top of the actual filmography on a name page.
Sorry if I get things wrong!

How do I move my Film credits to first position and TV credits to second? There is no option that I can see to do this.

Hello,
As mentioned in the previous post, how a filmography is displayed is determined by how many titles are listed in a category and cannot be changed. In this case, in the acting category, there are more titles in the TV credits, which include episode titles, than Film credits.
There's no way to change the positions. However, as an IMDb user, you could go to the Content Settings by unchecking the checkbox to the left of the following statement:
Display credits separately for Movie and TV
Filmographies would now display the acting credits for Movies and TV titles together.

In the link page above, look under the subtitle Site Preferences for more information

I hope this helps.
