How do you search Lists?

I've been looking up lists of how imdb users have rated the Doctors from Doctor Who over the years, such as this one; however, barely more than a week ago, finding these lists has suddenly become all but impossible! I can't find a single one of these lists anymore! Sure, lists for individual episodes, but not for the characters! So the question is, how do I search for and find such lists again?

Just to clarify, the list you provided

is a people list, not a character list.

How did you find this one, if you remember? Or, more importantly, where are you looking now that they seem to be missing?

One of the places to find people lists is on a Name page. So the page for Tom Baker tends to have lists related to Doctor Who, because he's on them.

I like to use google to search for lists that I'm hoping for, by appending
site:imdb.com/list
to my search criteria.

So this search gives lots of Who-rated lists, for names, titles and images:
https://www.google.com/search?q=doctor+who+site%3Aimdb.com%2Flist&rlz=1CAACAO_enUS731US731&o...

If you wanted to look for polls, you'd add this instead:
site:imdb.com/poll
